BA Economics, Founder of FoundHer

Anjali Surana

Anjali is a Sophomore at Stanford studying Data Science & Economics. After moving to the bay from India, she worked in product teams for early-stage startups, participated in accelerator programs at the GSB, and interned in VC. In India, she ran a nonprofit focused on reducing girl’s dropout rates and reached 10,000+ women in underserved communities across the nation. She is currently building FoundHer - a platform changing the face of work in India by connecting women to workplaces they will thrive at. Her immersion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Silicon Valley alongside on-ground experiences running a nonprofit is what drives her to blend profit and growth-orientation with a mission-driven DNA at FoundHer.
