Sakshina Bhatt
Sakshina brings extensive experience across public health, agriculture, financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, low-income housing, and workforce development to her role as Program Manager at Emergence. Previously, she worked with the Stanford Institute for Advancing Just Societies and the Stanford Immigration Policy Lab, where she led project scoping, research management, and partnership development while supporting fundraising initiatives, data collection, and research design. Her expertise spans both qualitative and quantitative analysis, enabling her to drive evidence-based program strategies.
Earlier in her career, Sakshina served as a nonprofit consultant, providing technical assistance to organizations seeking to strengthen their program evaluation practices. She has also conducted rigorous field research on mixed-methods impact evaluations with institutions such as The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the University of Chicago’s Tata Center for Development, and the World Bank.
